Job summary

Vertu Agent, LLC. is seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to join the team as a full-time contractor. You will partner with leadership to drive priorities, own projects, and optimize internal processes using AI-powered tools for efficiency.

You’ll independently identify improvements, manage cross-functional initiatives, and implement scalable systems across operations, marketing, finance, and client work. Remote, US-based work with ownership and measurable impact.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Business Operations, Executive Operations, Project Management, Process Improvement, or related role.
Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or senior leadership.
Experience with U.S.-based companies, clients, or teams, preferably remote.

Responsibilities

Coordinate priorities, projects, deadlines, and day-to-day operations with leadership.
Manage multiple moving parts, track deliverables, and ensure progress with minimal supervision.
Identify inefficiencies, create SOPs, streamline workflows, and implement scalable processes.
Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to reduce repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
Research challenges, evaluate solutions, and present actionable recommendations.
Manage and improve CRMs, PM platforms, databases, and internal docs.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and partners to align initiatives.
Support initiatives across client ops, marketing ops, finance/admin, and other functions.
