Job summary

Invoca seeks an AI Operations Lead to own the internal AI builder team and roadmap. You will build agents, drive adoption, and maintain the agent standard across the org, partnering with executives to translate business impact into AI deployments.

This remote-first role reports directly to leadership and collaborates with Customer Success, Marketing, and Operations to reimagine workflows, automate critical processes, and deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years in operations, process design, automation, or a similar hands-on role.
• Built tools, automations, or agents still used by others.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and agentic workflow tools (Claude/Gumloop).
• Technical depth to work with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
• Judgment on what to automate; ability to explain value to execs.
• Coaching and building skills; strong documentation and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Build agents and own the AI Operations roadmap with business impact.
• Roll out, adopt, and iterate agents from conversation to daily use.
• Define and maintain the Invoca agent standard for practical use.
• Coach other builders and run the internal builder community.
• Own the AI platform stack and vendor relationships.
• Manage access, security reviews, and production registry.
