Invoca is seeking an AI Operations Lead to own AI operations, build agentic workflows, and set the roadmap for internal AI builders. You’ll lead the rollout of agents in Claude and Gumloop, ensuring adoption, efficiency, and measurable impact across teams.

This role is remote-first, with locations in the United States and close collaboration with executives. You will work with cross-functional leaders, maintain templates and documentation, and represent AI Operations to the steering group while

Qualifikationen

• 3–8 years in operations, process design, automation, or a hands-on role.
• Tools, automations, or agents you've built that others still use.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and agentic workflow tools (Claude, Gumloop, Make, Zapier, or n8n).

Aufgaben

• Build agents and own the AI Operations roadmap, prioritized by business impact.
• Scope, build, and ship agents in Claude and Gumloop, from first conversation to daily use.
• Maintain agent performance with rollout, adoption, iteration, and maintenance.
• Own Invoca's agent standards and coach other builders across the business.
• Own the AI platform stack and vendor relationships, including access and support.
