• Monitor project profitability and collaborate with the Project Financial Analyst.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.
• Stay current on AI developments relevant to HEOR and apply them to research methods.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports and cross-functional teams.
