Parexel is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to lead Parexel HEOR Consulting in a remote capacity in the US. In this senior leadership role, you will be accountable for a group or service line, the successful execution and financial performance of multiple projects, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in life sciences or consulting, including managing direct reports and directing teams and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engagements ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor profitability, budgeting, revenue recognition, and analytics.
• Develop and implement HEOR solutions addressing client needs.
• Act as trusted adviser to clients including senior leaders and provide cross-disciplinary consulting services.
• Coach and develop direct reports and extended staff with performance management and accountability for key metrics.
• Identify and pursue new and repeat business opportunities, contribute to account planning and bids.
• Support strategy and decision-making for HEOR consulting across access analytics.
• Stay current on AI developments relevant to HEOR and apply them to research methodologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional partners to develop AI-driven methods and publications.
• Represent Parexel through conferences, webinars, publications, and strategic partnerships.
