Parexel is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to lead HEOR consulting in a remote US capacity. This role shapes HEOR strategy, guides AI-driven research, and drives multi-project execution with a focus on client satisfaction and financial performance.
You will collaborate with data scientists and cross-functional partners to deliver innovative HEOR solutions and expand Parexel’s leadership in evidence generation and cost-effectiveness analysis.
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree required in a scientific or technical field.
- 15+ years of general industry experience and 10+ years in leadership roles.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Mansioni
- Lead client engagements with high-quality delivery and strong client satisfaction.
- Monitor profitability, budgeting, revenue recognition, and forecasting.
- Develop AI-driven HEOR methods and advise across multiple disciplines.
