Parexel is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to lead HEOR consulting with an emphasis on AI-driven methods. This remote US role oversees multiple projects, drives strategy, and strengthens client partnerships.

You will guide teams, shape service lines, and influence evidence generation and health policy recommendations. The position requires 15+ years in the field, 10+ years of management, and fluent English, with a strong background in HEOR and AI
