Parexel is seeking an Executive Director, Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling, to join Parexel HEOR Consulting in a remote US capacity. You will shape HEOR strategy, lead engagements, and advance AI-driven HEOR methods while ensuring client satisfaction and financial performance.

You will guide teams, expand partnerships, and contribute to evidence generation in health economics and cost-effectiveness analysis. This is a senior leadership opportunity with global impact.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in life sciences or consulting, incl. managing direct reports.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
