Parexel is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling to lead a HEOR consulting service line in a remote US capacity. You will shape strategy, guide AI-driven HEOR research, and drive revenue while managing major client relationships at senior levels.

You will oversee teams, ensure profitable project delivery, and collaborate across global centers of excellence to advance evidence generation and cost-effectiveness analyses in clinical research.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in the life sciences or consulting industries, including managing direct reports and directing teams and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
