Parexel HEOR Consulting seeks an Executive Director to lead AI-driven Health Economics and Outcomes Research modeling from a US remote capacity. You will shape strategy, guide multi-project portfolios, and drive client value with innovative HEOR methods.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with data scientists and clinicians to advance evidence generation and policy insights, expanding Parexel's market leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in the life sciences or consulting industries, including managing direct reports and directing teams and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client engagements, develop high-growth and profitable business, guide and develop teams, and advance innovative AI-driven HEOR research.
• Monitor project profitability through planning, budgeting, revenue recognition, and collaboration with Project Financial Analyst.
• Identify and pursue new and repeat business opportunities, contribute to account planning, and deliver sales presentations.

Advanced degree such as MSc, PhD, or MD
