Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research Modeling to join Parexel HEOR Consulting in a remote capacity in the United States. This senior leadership role oversees multiple projects, drives strategy for HEOR, and leads teams to deliver AI-driven research and analytics for client partnerships.

You will shape short-, mid-, and long-term HEOR strategy, lead AI initiatives, and guide staff across disciplines to deliver evidence generation, cost-effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline.
• 15+ years of general experience in the field.
• 10+ years of management experience.
• Experience in life sciences or consulting, including managing direct reports and directing teams and projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and drive high-growth, profitable business.
• Develop and implement HEOR solutions addressing client needs.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients including senior leaders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and staff with accountability for metrics.
• Identify and pursue new and repeat business opportunities and contribute to proposals.
• Stay current on AI developments in HEOR and apply innovative methodologies.
• Collaborate with data scientists, statisticians, and cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven methods.
