Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care).
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer compensation programs.
• Act as market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and market pricing analyses.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, financial modeling, and special research.
• Interact with clients and project managers to ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
