You will guide market pricing, governance, and leadership strategy while consulting with health care and not-for-profit clients.

The role requires strong data analysis, modeling, and presentation skills, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and influence client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance/economics/statistics/mathematics/health care administration).
• 1–5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3–5 years of analytical experience with data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; basic programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and administer programs.
• Serve as a market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and recommend internal placement of roles.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, financial modeling, and data interpretation.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles for executive roles.
• Identify data issues and advise clients to overcome obstacles and meet deadlines.
• Support report and proposal writing describing objectives, methodologies, and results.
• Mentor junior associates in complex research and analytics.
• Participate in client delivery meetings and establish client relationships.
