The role supports high-volume M&A activities with strong financial analysis and a deep understanding of wealth management in financial services.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in partner compensation and integration within M&A, with expertise in modeling and business case analysis.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience supporting partner compensation analysis and integration activities within M&A transactions.
Experience with financial modeling and business case analysis.
Experience within wealth management, financial services, asset management, or a related industry.
Experience building compensation frameworks, governance processes, and tracking methodologies for complex programs.
Remote position; EST or MDT required.

Responsibilities
