Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a remote Manager, Executive Compensation to join our team. This role supports the overall program management and administration of executive compensation, collaborates with HR partners to review roles and recommend appropriate grades and pay levels, and develops materials for the Compensation and Human Capital Committee meetings.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, data integrity, and experience with global compensation processes including equity and ESPP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of executive or broad based compensation experience, Associates with 5 years, or HS with 7 years.
• Experience in executive compensation programs and market research preferred.
• Strong data integrity, analytical, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Support program management and administration of executive compensation.
• Collaborate with HR and rewards leadership on market reviews and pay levels.
• Develop materials for Compensation Committee meetings.
• Research executive compensation market trends from public documents.
• Oversee participation in market surveys for executive roles.
• Administer global compensation processes including merit, bonus, and equity.
• Support ESPP administration and eligibility monitoring.
• Provide direction to junior staff and manage multiple tasks.
