Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years in executive compensation or 8+ years in broad compensation with executive exposure.
• Certified Executive Compensation Professional (WorldatWork) preferred.
• Experience in a global public company and strong collaboration skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support program management and administration of the executive compensation program.
• Lead equity planning operations including cost modeling and Workday planning tool usage.
• Oversee off-cycle equity planning, retention, sign-on, and special equity awards.
