You will analyze data, advise on compensation programs, and support client delivery teams with complex research and presentations. Qualifications include a business degree, 3–5 years of analytics consulting, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience with data analysis and financial modeling is preferred.
• Compensation consulting experience is preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; basic programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and administer executive compensation programs.
• Serve as a market expert regarding client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, peer group analyses, and financial modeling for executive positions.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles for executive roles.
• Maintain client relationships and manage project status and deliverables.
