The Executive Workforce Services Practice delivers governance, leadership strategy, and pay-for-performance insights to help clients align pay with market benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on delivering market-right executive compensation programs, conducting job evaluations, pricing studies, and complex data analysis while guiding clients through

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field, ideally with emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or health care administration.
• One to five years of progressive experience directly consulting with clients.
• Three to five years of related analytical experience involving data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid technical knowledge and experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive executive compensation consulting services and develop, implement, and/or administer executive compensation programs.
• Serve as market expert regarding client compensation issues.
• Conduct executive job evaluations and analyze responsibilities to recommend internal placement.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles for executive positions.
