SullivanCotter is seeking an experienced executive compensation consultant to join our Executive Workforce Services practice. You will help clients design, price, and implement compensation programs and provide market insights.

This role emphasizes data analysis, market pricing, financial modeling, and client collaboration. You will mentor junior staff, prepare proposals, and present findings to executives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; emphasis in finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, accounting, or healthcare administration.
• 1-5 years of progressive client-facing consulting experience.
• 3-5 years of analytical experience including data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience is preferred.
