Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (finance/economics/statistics/mathematics).
• 1–5 years of progressive client consulting experience.
• 3–5 years analytical experience: data analysis, financial modeling, presentation design.
• Compensation consulting experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic programming a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive compensation consulting services and administer programs.
• Serve as a market expert on client compensation issues.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling.
