Job summary

Assemble, a remote-first company, is seeking a proactive Membership professional to connect with senior decision-makers and drive growth across member accounts. You will manage outreach, map accounts for expansion, and collaborate with the Membership team and other departments to unlock new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in membership, account coordination, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role.
• Relationship-builder who can engage with executives up to the C-level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially with senior executives.
• Comfortable owning KPIs and maintaining CRM records in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with senior decision-makers and schedule qualified conversations.
• Maintain a high-volume outreach across member accounts via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
• Map member accounts to find new executives, functions, and teams for expansion.
• Work cross-functionally to drive account growth and refine targeting and messaging.
