Job summary

Optiv Security is seeking a Client Solutions Director to lead a team of Client Solutions Advisors and ensure a security-first approach in pre-sales engagements. You’ll drive executive-level client relationships, coordinate resources, and guide strategic initiatives for regional growth while mentoring teams.

You will partner with Sales Area VP and Regional Directors on sales, marketing, and training plans, coach leaders, and ensure high-quality delivery across the client solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Industry-recognized certifications preferred.
• Up to 50% travel will be required consistently.
• Proven people leadership skills with hiring, building, and retaining high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide team leadership, mentoring, and development of Client Solutions resources.
• Assist VP Sales and Regional Directors with regional sales, marketing, and training plans.
• Coach people leaders, set goals, and conduct annual reviews.
• Lead development of new Client Solutions business motions, procedures, and standards.
• Coordinate pre-sales resources to ensure successful opportunities and client engagements.
• Attend client meetings with Client Solutions staff to ensure engagement success.
