• Experience supporting C-Suite executives or Founders in tech/AI startups.
• Strong contract review and lifecycle management ability.
• High autonomy with minimal supervision and high accountability.

Responsibilities

• Executive correspondence with C‑Suite partners.
• Calendar and pipeline management to keep deals moving.
• Review contracts and assist in closing deals.
• Manage invoices and billing via Stripe.
• Create high‑quality decks and organize workflows in Notion.
• Maintain proactive communication during EST hours.
