Inside Out Hiring is recruiting an Executive Assistant for a California-based construction plumbing founder. This fully remote role welcomes applicants from LATAM or South Africa to support the founder and affiliated service company, with on-time reporting and organized administrative processes.

You will own recurring tasks, organize documentation, create SOPs, and help implement AI-driven improvements. Strong English, discretion, and proactive communication are essential for success.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with insurance docs and maintain project records.
• Build and verify reporting data before leadership review.
• Provide day-to-day admin support to the founder and maintain reminders.
• Assist across construction and affiliated service company operations.
• Organize real estate bills and closing documents for accurate tracking.
• Leverage AI tools to automate workflows and dashboards.
