Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Manager, ML Solutions Architecture to lead EU regional SAs, delivering PoCs and post-sales technical support. You’ll push teams, own delivery outcomes, and maintain playbooks and runbooks for scalable success.

You’ll report to the Head of Solutions Architecture and collaborate with a peer in another region, while enabling a predictable operating cadence across timezones. Remote work from any EU country is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing technical teams with performance reviews.
• Experience leading customer-facing teams on timelines with escalations.
• Strong ML knowledge: LLM architectures, fine-tuning, evaluation and inference internals.
• Ability to review benchmarks and spot methodological flaws.
• Python proficiency for code review and scripting.
• Excellent communication for diverse audiences including executives.
• Tolerance for operational work: docs, processes, and reporting.
• Comfort working across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EU Solutions Architecture team, manage 8+ architects with growth.
• Own delivery metrics from PoC to production endpoints and customer handoffs.
• Maintain and extend team documentation, runbooks, and definitions of done.
• Coordinate across development, research, pre-sales, account management, and leadership.
