Job summary

Sanity is seeking a leader to own EMEA Solution Engineering. You will hire, ramp, and coach a team, drive discovery, tailored demos, POVs, and architecture reviews, and ensure value is connected to business outcomes across the region.

You will partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing to shape strategy, mentoring engineers to win with a consultative approach and efficient use of AI-enabled tools to shorten cycles without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a Solutions Engineering/Presales team in B2B SaaS.
• Experience selling highly technical, composable, headless, or API-first platforms.
• Strong collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing across regions.
• Experience in forecasting and pipeline management for presales teams.
• Hands-on in high-impact deals across the region.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers across EMEA.
• Get hands-on in the team’s highest-impact opportunities from discovery through close.
• Execute and reinforce presales motions with consistency across the team.
• Coach SEs to translate technical capability into business outcomes for diverse stakeholders.
• Own regional forecasting and pipeline hygiene for presales involvement.
• Partner with Sales leadership, Product, and Marketing in EMEA.
• Ensure the presales toolkit is up-to-date and region-specific.
