Job summary

Nebius is seeking a Manager, ML Solutions Architecture to lead the EU regional Solutions Architect teams within Nebius Token Factory. The role focuses on PoC delivery and post-sales technical support for customers, ensuring successful deployment and ongoing optimization.

You will report to the Head of Solutions Architecture and collaborate with a peer manager in another region, driving accountability, documentation, and strong delivery standards across the team.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EU regional Solutions Architect team (8+ members) and scale as needed.
• Conduct 1:1s, set goals, run performance reviews and promotions.
• Allocate accounts and engagements based on expertise and interest.
• Establish cadence to surface blockers and coordinate with product, engineering and business teams.
• Hold teams to outcomes and transparently reflect results in ratings.
