Qualifications

• 10+ years in account management or post-sales in SaaS.
• 5+ years people leadership in AM teams.
• Proven renewal and expansion success and high NRR.
• Strong analytical and operational skills with data-driven approach.
• Proficiency in German or French required.

• Directly manage priority accounts as a player-coach.
