Nebius is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect, Enterprise, to lead technical engagements with large customers, aligning their AI strategy and business priorities to secure, scalable Nebius AI Cloud architectures and guiding customers from discovery through production adoption.

This role sits at the intersection of cloud architecture, AI infrastructure, and business value, requiring collaboration with Enterprise sales, platform teams, and executives. Remote work from the USA is supported.

Competenze

• 7+ years in solutions architecture, cloud architecture, platform engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record supporting Enterprises and understanding evaluation, purchase, governance, deployment and expansion of strategic tech platforms.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills with CIOs/CTOs and senior sponsors.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure (compute, orchestration, storage, networking, security, identity) and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of Enterprise AI adoption lifecycle and success criteria for large-scale training/inference workloads.
• Willingness to travel as customer and business needs require.

Mansioni

• Serve as the trusted technical advisor for Enterprise accounts during evaluation, onboarding, adoption and expansion.
• Lead technical discovery with business and technology stakeholders, translating requirements into AI cloud architectures.
• Design solutions across Nebius product portfolio with clear Enterprise value proposition.
• Plan and deliver architecture workshops, executive briefings, demonstrations and proofs of concept.
• Develop reference architectures, deployment patterns and IaC examples to move customers to production.
• Build business cases with sales and customer stakeholders through complex decision processes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support to resolve risks and maintain momentum.
• Represent voice of Enterprise customers to improve product priorities.
