Job summary

Nerdio, Inc. seeks an EMEA SDR Manager to build and lead a multilingual, multi-country team across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own pipeline targets, coach SDRs to hit them, and hire, onboard, and develop talent.

Data-driven and hands-on, you’ll define ICPs, plan territories, localize messaging, and drive channel/partner motions while testing new approaches. You’ll coach by joining calls, role-playing, and modeling best practices in prospecting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years managing SDR/BDR teams in EMEA.
• Proven success entering emerging markets and building pipeline.
• Hands-on coaching style with credibility on calls.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce and outreach tools.

Responsibilities

• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop a high-performing EMEA SDR team
• Own pipeline targets across EMEA and hold the team accountable to them
• Build and run market-entry plays for emerging EMEA markets: ICP definition, territory and account planning, localized messaging, and channel and partner-led motions
• Develop pipeline strategies in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams
• Coach by doing: join live calls, role-play, co-write outreach, and model best-in-class prospecting
• Use pipeline, conversion, and activity data to find what’s working, fix what isn’t, and forecast accurately
• Bring AI into the team’s daily workflow (research, personalization, sequencing, call review) and train SDRs to use it well
• Run a tight operating rhythm: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, call coaching, and performance management
• Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing on territory design, lead routing, and campaign alignment
