Job summary

DCM Services is seeking an Account Representative I to serve as a key contact in resolving accounts for deceased individuals, working sensitively with estates, attorneys, and families. This is a remote role with responsibilities that require empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

You will generate outbound calls, gather estate information, and coordinate follow-ups with attorneys while documenting activity and maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and empathy when contacting estates.
• Ability to multi-task in a regulated environment.
• Licensure as a Debt Collector or ability to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Generate outbound calls and field incoming calls.
• Obtain estate information and coordinate with attorneys or personal representatives.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up as needed.
• Send confirmation and settlement letters when required.
• Document accounts with accurate codes and notes.
• Respond to voicemail messages daily.
• Follow company policies and client requirements.
• Maintain information security and privacy responsibilities.
