Return Assets Division- Lauth Investigations International, Inc. seeks motivated sales professionals to join our Missing Heir Specialists team.

You will contact individuals who may be entitled to inherit assets from estates we research, explaining opportunities and securing signed agreements. This fast-paced role requires comfort with high-volume calls, strong communication, and the ability to guide heirs through onboarding while collaborating with our research and legal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in heir search or estate recovery is a plus.
• Strong phone sales or consultative sales experience.
• Ability to perform well in an extremely fast-paced sales environment.
• Customer service orientation and compassion.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
• Comfortable discussing sensitive estates and inheritance matters.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential heirs by phone using company-provided leads.
• Explain estate recovery opportunities and how the process works.
• Build trust and rapport with individuals who may be unaware of their inheritance.
• Clearly present and secure signed contingent fee agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and agreements.
• Follow up with potential heirs and guide them through onboarding.
• Work closely with research and legal teams to ensure smooth case processing.
• Thrive in a fast-moving environment where responsiveness and efficiency are critical.
