Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree, with a minimum of 3 years experience teaching K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL. You'll enjoy a base rate of $20 USD plus additional incentives.

The position emphasizes building a welcoming learning environment and requires reliable, punctual tutors ready to engage students effectively.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student's age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
