Job summary

Cosmo is looking for experienced educators to teach ESL to students based in Asia during flexible hours. As a tutor, you will provide personalized 1-on-1 lessons, set your own schedule, and be a reliable role model.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in K-12 teaching. You will earn $20 USD per hour plus incentives, joining a growing team dedicated to engaging educational experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K‑12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K‑12 ELA standards is required.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials based on student’s abilities.
• Communicate with parents and students professionally.
