Job summary

Cosmo is seeking experienced tutors to teach ESL students based in Asia. You’ll provide personalized lessons and build a fun learning environment. Classes typically occur between 5-9 AM EST on weekdays, requiring a commitment of at least 20 hours per week.

The position offers a base rate of $20 USD per hour, plus incentives. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of K-12 teaching experience. A TEFL certificate is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
