Cosmo is hiring tutors for the role of ESL teaching for students in Asia. As a tutor, you will have the flexibility to set your own schedule and provide personalized lessons through our platform. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of teaching experience with K-12 students.

The position requires commitment, professionalism, and the ability to create a positive learning environment for students. This independent contractor role offers a base rate of $20 per hour with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Submit Class Feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
• Communicate with Cosmo staff.
