Job summary

Cosmo is seeking tutors to teach ESL students based in Asia. Tutors will set their own schedules and provide 1-on-1 instruction via an online platform. The ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12.

This independent contractor role offers a base rate of $20 USD plus incentives. Candidates must be available between 6-9 AM EST and commit to a minimum of 20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12 ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• TEFL certificate preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1‑on‑1 instruction for your students.
• Prepare appropriate lesson materials for the student’s age and ability.
• Communicate with parents and students in a professional manner.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
