Sowelo Consulting is seeking an Account Executive to join our Sales Team in a 100% direct, remote role based in Germany. You will drive new business through a prescriptive sales process, manage a defined territory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition customers to implementation and ongoing account management.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in B2B sales, experience selling ERP/IT solutions, and fluent German, Polish, and English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in logistics or related sectors.
• Proven ability to manage a defined sales territory, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
• Experience handling multiple accounts and meeting ARR quotas, with knowledge of pipeline velocity and forecasting.
• Fluency in German, Polish and English.

Aufgaben

• Drive a prescriptive sales process and manage a defined sales territory to identify, develop, and close new opportunities.
• Prospect for new clients via email campaigns, networking, cold calling, and other effective outreach.
• Engage with leads from various teams and nurture prospects and current customers while cross-selling and upselling.
• Maintain a rolling 90-day pipeline to meet or exceed ARR quota.
• Collaborate with the account team to leverage relationships and align with client values.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, respond promptly, and ensure alignment with Customer Success.
• Document findings, progress, and pipeline velocity in Salesforce.com.
