ADP is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business across Germany, selling Workforce Management and HCM solutions to large enterprises. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract signature—while partnering with Solutions Consultants, Product Specialists and Marketing.

The role emphasizes executive stakeholder management, value-based selling, and ROI-driven business cases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Sales, SaaS Sales or Technology Solution Sales.
• Proven success selling complex software or business solutions into large enterprise organisations.
• Experience achieving and exceeding enterprise sales quotas.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strategic territory plan across Germany.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery to closure.
• Position Workforce Management and HCM solutions as strategic business value.
• Develop ROI-based business cases and executive proposals.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and forecast.
• Engage senior stakeholders (CHROs, CFOs, COOs, HR leaders) to build consensus.
• Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, product specialists and marketing.
• Travel to client sites as needed.
