Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, and operations of enterprise ERP across higher education customers. This role partners with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions and drive business transformation.
You will mentor a team of analysts and technical resources, manage upgrades and integrations, and align ERP roadmaps with the institution's goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
- Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation in higher education.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for multiple customers.
- Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Manage ERP roadmap and align with organizational growth.
- Lead, mentor, and develop ERP analysts and technical resources.
- Oversee upgrades, integrations, testing, and release management.
