Job summary
Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation, strategy, governance, and optimization of ERP for higher education customers. You will lead a team of analysts and technical resources, partnering with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions.
You’ll oversee ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement, shaping roadmaps and ensuring alignment with growth.
Qualifications
- 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership duties.
- 3+ years people management experience in higher education.
- Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across diverse customers.
- Develop and manage the ERP strategy, governance, and roadmap with alignment to campus goals.
- Oversee testing, release management, change management, and deployments.
