Zusammenfassung

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives for higher education clients. The role oversees strategy, governance, optimization, and support across ERP platforms, guiding a team of analysts and technical resources to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

You will collaborate with campus leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to align ERP roadmaps with organizational goals, drive process improvements, and manage complex transformations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and risk management practices for enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across all levels.
