Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead the strategy, governance, optimization, and support of ERP for higher education clients. You will manage ERP initiatives, guide a team of analysts and technical resources, and partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure ERP solutions.

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization initiatives from planning through implementation and ongoing support.
• Establish application governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational growth and strategic objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms and integrated business applications.
• Direct testing, release management, change management, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand operational challenges and identify ERP solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive organizational change management and user adoption efforts for ERP initiatives.
