Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and governance for higher education clients. You will oversee operations, coordinate with IT leaders, vendors, and executives, and drive transformation initiatives to improve processes and system adoption.

You will manage a team of ERP analysts, set goals, and ensure secure, scalable ERP solutions align with business objectives. This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years managing ERP or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
• Develop and manage the ERP strategy, roadmap, and governance standards.
• Mentor and develop ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee testing, release management, and deployments for ERP systems.
• Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to align ERP with business goals.
