Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation for higher education customers. You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that align with business goals and technology strategy.
You will oversee ERP operations, strategy, and continuous improvement, managing a team of analysts and technical resources while guiding upgrades, integrations, and change management to support
Qualifications
- Degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
- 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership roles.
- 3+ years of people management in higher education IT.
- Proven ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation.
- Strong ERP knowledge: integrations, reporting, workflow automation.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP strategy, governance, and optimization initiatives.
- Direct ERP operations, testing, releases, and change management.
- Partner with executives and college stakeholders to drive transformation.
- Manage ERP roadmaps, budgets, and vendor contracts.
- Develop and mentor ERP analysts and technical resources.
