Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives across higher education customers. You will shape strategy, governance, and optimization while guiding a team of analysts and technical resources to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions.
In this role you will partner with college leaders and executives to standardize processes, manage upgrades, and drive adoption, ensuring ERP platforms align with the campus' long-term technology roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of people management leading ERP-related teams in higher education.
- Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement with higher education clients.
- Develop and manage ERP strategy, governance, and roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
- Oversee ERP administration, upgrades, patches, integrations, and deployments.
- Drive process standardization and automation across departments.
