Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and governance for higher education customers. This role oversees a team of analysts and technical resources, partnering with college leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that support business objectives.
You will drive ERP roadmaps, ensure system reliability, and manage upgrades, integrations, and deployments while promoting standardization and automation across departments.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership
- Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, and automation
- Experience managing cross-functional projects in higher education
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across customers
- Develop and manage ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals
- Oversee governance, standards, and best practices for ERP environments
- Direct testing, releases, change management, and deployments
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to drive process improvements
