Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and transformation for higher education clients. You will guide a team of analysts and technical resources, partner with college leaders and vendors, and shape a scalable, secure ERP roadmap that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Proven experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes commonly used in higher education.
• Experience leading teams that administer the most popular SIS or ERPs in higher education such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
• Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and risk management practices related to enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands‑on operational leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts for higher education customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP initiatives.
• Manage ERP roadmap, upgrades, integrations, and deployment activities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop ERP analysts and technical resources; foster professional growth.
