Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and governance for higher education clients. The role oversees a team of analysts and technical resources, guiding upgrades, integrations, and ongoing optimization to support campus objectives.

You will collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to ensure scalable, secure ERP solutions, driving adoption and the technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes commonly used in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement with a variety of customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization from planning through implementation and support.
• Establish application governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
