Job summary
Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support for higher education clients. You will manage ERP initiatives and a team of analysts and technical resources to ensure ERP systems effectively support customer objectives and operations.
You’ll collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, drive process standardization, user adoption, and the long-term technology roadmap
Qualifications
- Experience leading enterprise ERP initiatives in higher education.
- Proven ability to develop and manage ERP roadmaps and governance.
- Strong collaboration with executives and campus stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across multiple customers.
- Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
- Manage upgrades, integrations, and deployments with governance frameworks.
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
- Direct testing, change management, and release activities for ERP platforms.
